(LibertyInsider.org) – Former “60 Minutes” producer and author Chris Whipple detailed President Joe Biden’s alleged concerns about US Secret Service (USSS) agents’ loyalty in his bestselling book, “The Fight of His Life.” Apparently, Biden’s dog, Commander, shares that sentiment, as evidenced by a recent article claiming he bit USSS personnel on at least 24 occasions. Regardless, a new report indicated the USSS not only has Biden’s back, but also does an exemplary job of protecting his family and their surrounding neighborhoods.
On February 21, the New York Post reported that USSS agents arrested Robert Kemp for his role in a previous encounter with agents assigned to protect the president’s adult granddaughter, Naomi Biden. Agents took him into custody after the conclusion of the investigation of an incident involving the 19-year-old suspect last November.

An agent fired on three suspects after they observed them attempting to break into an unmarked USSS vehicle parked outside the younger Biden’s Georgetown home. Court documents confirmed that the president’s family members used the black Ford Expedition.
The USSS reported the offenders “fled the scene” in a red car. Agents issued a regional BOLO (be on the lookout) advisory, asking local law enforcement to help identify and find the fleeing suspects, but to no avail.
The NY Post reported that USSS agents arrested Kemp on February 7. The agency said he faced one count each of theft from an automobile and unauthorized use of a vehicle. However, court filings show he only faces the latter charge. That allegation is related to his use of a stolen Toyota as the getaway car in the 2023 incident.
The Washington Post reported that DC Police officers recently arrested a 14-year-old for his involvement with the attempted break-in and other crimes involving armed carjacking. Prosecutors charged him as a juvenile but didn’t release further details due to his age.
The court scheduled Kemp’s next hearing for February 29. He remains free on an unspecified bond, and his attorney, Jamison Koehler, refused to talk to reporters about the case.
